Kevin LeBeau

Kevin LeBeau serves as the Vice President of Strategy for ITI Engineering. In this role, LeBeau is responsible for driving long-term sales strategies and developing business relationships within the defense sector. LeBeau joined ITI in 2019 and expanded the ITI presence to the Dallas-Fort Worth aerospace market. He reports to Kevin Speed, President, ITI Engineering, and remains based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area in Texas.

LeBeau spent over 30 years with Lockheed Martin, achieving the executive position of Program Director. He managed a portfolio of programs worth over $750M per year that included F-35 Ground Support Equipment, Pilot Flight Equipment, Automated Test Equipment, and Information Technology. His personal competencies include complete product life cycle experience, including project management, strategy, proposal development, conceptual design, system design, hardware/software development, integration, test, delivery, and follow-on field support.

LeBeau holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas Christian University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
