Kevin Speed

Kevin Speed is the President, ITI Engineering, and is responsible for all aspects of execution, strategy and growth for the company.  Under his leadership since 2017, the company experienced record numbers for orders and revenue across divisions, expanding opportunities with existing customers and winning new customer business. Such growth is reflected by the expansion of 50,000 square feet for manufacturing and design, including an AS9100D electronics manufacturing facility, and growing the employee base by 160% for specialized personnel.

Speed also serves as Chief Growth Officer for Aeronix Technologies Group (ATG), where he is responsible for integrated business development activities for ATG across the Missions Systems, C5 and Electromagnetic Spectrum divisions, focusing on leveraged product opportunities that drive growth and deliver value to customers and shareholders alike. ITI Engineering is an ATG Company.

A U.S. Marine Corps Special Operations veteran, Speed brings over 40 years of professional experience in the aerospace and defense industry. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Export Empowered Official for ITI Engineering, where he led the company’s critical relationships with customers, including top prime defense contractors in the US and internationally, securing new business for the company and contributing to significant growth. He also served as the Corporate Secretary and Director on the ITI Board of Directors.

Earlier in career, Speed held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility in software engineering, systems engineering, business development and program management with Lockheed Martin and GE Aerospace. He also held various international regional leader and general management roles for CAE in Europe and the Asia Pacific region, also serving as Director on several boards for joint venture initiatives in Asia.

Speed graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He also holds a private pilot’s license.
