Drew Cole

Drew Cole is Vice President of Operations for ITI Engineering. In this role, Cole is responsible for the execution and manufacturing of F-35, ground and airborne programs, and oversees program management, production, contracts, supply chain and sustainment. Cole joined ITI in 2021 and reports to Kevin Speed, President, ITI. He is based at the Winter Springs, FL facility.

Previously, Cole was Director, F-35 Programs for ITI Engineering. Relying on over 15 years of DoD contracting experience, Cole successfully managed the execution of ITI’s Program portfolio, meeting delivery and financial objectives across the board.

Prior to joining ITI, Cole spent 13 years supporting a multitude of roles of increasing responsibility with Lockheed Martin covering financial analysis, proposals, and program management. In his last role prior to joining ITI, Cole served as the Program Manager and proposal manager for all F-35 support equipment contracts worth over $2B.

Earlier in his career, Cole served with Q Investments as a financial control analyst in Fort Worth, TX.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Texas Christian University.
