Gigabit Ethernet Cartridge Interface Device

The Gigabit Ethernet Cartridge Interface Device (GigaCID) is the next-generation ground-based read/write device for all variants of GE Aviation’s Data Transfer Cartridges (DTC, MDTC, ADTC, and VDC). The GigaCID is the OEM replacement for the obsolete ScsiCID, MultiCID, MicroCID and ODD-EC products. It is 100% backwards compatible, has high-speed download capability, improved host PC interface and direct Gigabit Ethernet interface to the Local Area Network (LAN).

Built to interface with ITI’s DTCs and GE Aerospace’s Advanced Data Transfer Cartridge (ADTC), the GigaCID provides fast, reliable ground-based read/write performance and is the only OEM-authorized mission data transfer solution.
